Infini Concepts is seeking a motivated and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. As a Demi CDP, you will support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. This role is ideal for chefs who are ready to take the next step in their culinary career — individuals who are passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellence during every service. You will be responsible for daily mise‑en‑place, assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy periods. Applicants must be currently based in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes within your assigned section.
  • Maintain mise‑en‑place and ensure readiness for service at all times.
  • Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards consistently.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
  • Support Commis chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Demi CDP or strong Commis 1 background in a high‑volume or casual‑fine dining kitchen.
  • Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for culinary excellence.
