Brass Monkey Dubai is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is ideal for a chef who is ready to take the next step in their career — someone who is confident in their skills, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment. As a DCDP, you will support your section chef, handle daily prep, and ensure consistency in every plate that leaves the kitchen. 👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the assigned kitchen section.
  • Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support in menu preparation and contribute ideas for new dishes.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in training and guiding Commis team members.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a DCDP or strong Commis 1 ready for promotion.
  • Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon.
