As Cluster Chinese Sales Manager, you will oversee key market segments, develop strategic partnerships, and execute targeted sales initiatives across multiple Dusit properties. You will represent the brand at trade shows, sales missions, and digital platforms while ensuring consistent communication with travel partners, corporate clients, and tour operators. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Chinese market to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Conduct sales visits, virtual meetings, and participate in trade shows and roadshows.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for the commercial leadership team.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, preferably handling the Chinese market.
- Strong network of travel partners, tour operators, and corporate clients in China.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Ability to travel for sales missions and represent the brand professionally.
