Housekeeping Coordinator

This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate communication, and efficient coordination between room attendants, supervisors, and other resort departments. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, maintain records, handle guest requests, and ensure that all housekeeping activities are executed to the highest standards. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, schedules, and task assignments.
• Handle guest requests, follow‑ups, and communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of room status, inventory, and housekeeping reports.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure all housekeeping standards, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in PMS and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
