As a Commi Chef in the Pastry & Bakery section, you will support daily production of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty items while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely with senior chefs, gaining hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen known for creativity and excellence. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pastries, breads, desserts, and bakery items according to recipes and standards.
• Support daily mise en place and production for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the pastry and bakery workstations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Assist senior chefs during service and contribute to new menu ideas when required.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pastry or bakery within a hotel or resort.
• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, dough preparation, and dessert presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
