We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail‑oriented Cloud Kitchen Commis to support our high‑performance production kitchens. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced, delivery‑driven environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive behind the scenes, enjoy structured workflows, and want to grow within a dynamic hospitality group that values consistency, efficiency, and teamwork. 🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components according to standardized recipes
• Assemble dishes accurately and efficiently for delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all prep and production areas
• Support daily mise en place and ensure readiness for peak order times
• Follow portioning, labeling, and storage procedures
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely order execution
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef, Prep Cook, or similar role
• Experience in cloud kitchens, delivery kitchens, or high‑volume production is an advantage
• Strong understanding of basic cooking and preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, structured environment
• Good communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
