Chef de Partie – Dubai & Middle East Branches

We are seeking skilled, motivated, and detail‑oriented Chefs de Partie to join our culinary teams across Dubai and the Middle East. This role is ideal for chefs who take pride in their craft, excel in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and are committed to delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensure smooth production, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in maintaining exceptional culinary standards.


Duties & Responsibilities

Section Management

  • Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned section.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Maintain full readiness of your station during service, including mise en place and equipment setup.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth and timely service.

Culinary Execution

  • Uphold high standards of taste, texture, and presentation for every dish.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout service.
  • Assist in developing new dishes, specials, and menu improvements.
  • Support the training and development of Commis Chefs within your section.

Kitchen Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of your station at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory checks, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Report equipment issues and ensure safe operation of all kitchen tools.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen flow.
  • Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues during peak hours and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality brand.
  • Strong culinary skills and deep knowledge of cooking techniques relevant to your section.
  • Ability to manage a station independently and maintain consistency under pressure.
  • Excellent time‑management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Middle East experience preferred; Dubai experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Culinary degree or professional certification is an asset.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
