👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, doughs, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked items.
• Manage the bakery section independently during prep and service.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory of bakery ingredients and assist with ordering.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all bakery products.
• Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on new bakery items and menu development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Baker or CDP (Bakery).
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, pastry techniques, and baking science.
• Ability to work independently and manage a bakery section efficiently.
• Experience in high‑volume kitchens is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Culinary or bakery certification preferred.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon.
