Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine) – Western Hotel Liwa (UAE)

Western Hotel Liwa is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine) to lead a key section of our kitchen. If you’re passionate about authentic Arabic flavors, culinary excellence, and team leadership, this is a great opportunity to grow within a respected hospitality brand.

⭐ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a designated section of the kitchen
  • Prepare and cook high‑quality Arabic dishes with consistency
  • Train, guide, and supervise Commis and junior chefs
  • Ensure all dishes meet presentation, taste, and quality standards
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across the kitchen
  • Assist with menu development and recipe creation for Arabic cuisine
  • Monitor stock levels, manage mise‑en‑place, and support inventory control
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to manage a section independently and lead junior staff
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
  • Creativity, passion, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
  • Candidates must be currently in the UAE
