Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery Team, Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (2 Vacancies)

We are looking for skilled, passionate, and detail‑oriented Chef de Partie – Bakery Team professionals to join one of Dubai’s most prestigious fine dining restaurants. As a CDP in the bakery section, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality baked goods, managing your station independently, and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

This role is ideal for bakers with strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑standard kitchen environment. You will work closely with the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional bakery items that complement the restaurant’s elevated culinary experience.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, doughs, and specialty bakery items
• Ensure consistency in quality, flavor, texture, and presentation
• Manage your assigned bakery station independently
• Handle daily mise en place and production schedules
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bakery section
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and production standards
• Assist in training Commis and junior bakery staff
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to support smooth service operations

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP in a bakery section within a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong technical knowledge of doughs, pastries, lamination, and baking techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage a bakery station efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Culinary or bakery certification preferred
• Creativity, discipline, and passion for artisanal baking
