Cashier – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (4 Vacancies)

We are seeking detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Cashiers to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions, accurate billing, and a seamless guest experience. You will be the final point of contact for guests, making professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency essential to this role.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, maintain strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering polished, guest‑centric service. You will work closely with the front‑of‑house team, management, and kitchen to ensure every transaction is handled with precision and care.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
• Issue receipts, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily transactions
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally
• Support reservations, takeaway orders, and guest inquiries when required
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station at all times
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow company cash‑handling procedures and financial controls
• Assist with end‑of‑shift reports and documentation
• Uphold fine dining service standards and guest etiquette

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in a fine dining or high‑volume restaurant in the UAE
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
