DusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is seeking a courteous, reliable, and guest-focused Bellboy / Driver to join our Front Office team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, assisting with luggage, and providing safe, timely transportation services.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
  • Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities and features
  • Provide transportation services including airport transfers and local drop-offs
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of hotel vehicles
  • Deliver parcels, messages, and assist with errands as needed
  • Support front office operations during guest arrivals and departures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and professional service
  • Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
