🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to guests
• Create cocktails following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock bar inventory and ensure all supplies are available
• Engage with guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations
• Support bar operations during busy periods and special events

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Valid UAE visa preferred
