Join BrewDog Dubai as a Bartender and be the heartbeat of our bar. You’ll craft drinks to BrewDog standards, share beer knowledge with guests, and help create a lively, memorable atmosphere in a fast-paced craft-beer venue.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to BrewDog recipes and quality standards.
  • Guest engagement: Recommend beers, explain tasting notes, and suggest pairings.
  • Bar maintenance: Keep the bar clean, organised, and stocked; manage glassware and garnishes.
  • POS and cash handling: Take orders, process payments, and complete end-of-shift cash-ups.
  • Compliance: Follow responsible service procedures and health and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, pub, or restaurant preferred.
  • Skills: Strong customer service, speed and accuracy under pressure, and POS proficiency.
  • Knowledge: Basic beer knowledge preferred; willingness to learn BrewDog beer range.
  • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UAE.
  • Personal qualities: Energetic, friendly, and passionate about hospitality and craft beer.
