Receptionist Job in Dubai – DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is looking for a Receptionist to join the Front Office team in Dubai. As the first person guests meet on arrival and the last they see on departure, you will set the tone for the entire stay. You will manage check-in and check-out, answer guest enquiries, handle reservations and payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to resolve requests quickly. Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, room assignments and guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Record guest details and process payments accurately in the property management system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Resolve complaints promptly and promote hotel services, facilities and offers.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a hotel.
• Knowledge of a property management system (such as Opera) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and computer skills.
• Pleasant personality and a service-first attitude.
