Waiter / Waitress Job in Dubai – DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is hiring a Waiter / Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team in Dubai. In this role you will be the face of the hotel’s dining outlets, welcoming guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages with the warmth DoubleTree is known for. You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable dining experience, from the first greeting to the final bill. Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks following the hotel’s service standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients and allergens, and recommend dishes to guests.
• Set up, maintain and close the service station while keeping the outlet clean and organised.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and billing through the POS system with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Presentable, friendly and customer-focused.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge.
