Bartender – Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi (Curio Collection by Hilton)

Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join its bar team. In this role, you will craft quality beverages, engage guests with warmth and product knowledge, and help create a memorable atmosphere consistent with the hotel’s five-star positioning. The ideal candidate combines technical bartending skill with genuine hospitality instincts, stays composed during busy service periods, and takes ownership of bar cleanliness, stock, and compliance standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bartender who wants to build a long-term career within a globally recognized Hilton brand, working alongside a supportive and multicultural F&B team in Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guest and brand standards
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks and enhance their experience
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment hygiene
• Follow responsible alcohol service and licensing regulations
• Manage cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift inventory reconciliation

Requirements

• Proven bartending experience, ideally in a hotel or upscale F&B outlet
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation
• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to work evening and late-night shifts
