Bartender – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre-Opening) | JLT

Noren, a new contemporary dining concept opening in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is hiring Bartenders to join its founding bar team. This is a chance to be part of a brand-new bar program from its very first day — helping set up the bar, learn the drink menu, and establish service standards alongside the Bar Supervisor and wider opening team. The role suits someone with genuine bartending experience who enjoys guest engagement as much as the craft of the drink itself, and who’s excited to grow with a brand from its launch rather than joining an already-established operation. If you’re passionate about mixology, thrive in a fast-paced service environment, and want your bartending career to include a pre-opening on your resume, Noren wants to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency.
  • Engage guests to create a welcoming, memorable bar experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and bar equipment throughout service.
  • Follow responsible service and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and inventory checks before and after service.

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge setting.
  • Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • Friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and the demands of a pre-opening schedule.
  • Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
