  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational alignment
  • Support in planning and executing promotional activities
  • Prepare daily operational reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

  • 2–5 years of experience in retail or hypermarket operations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of inventory management and customer service best practices
  • Hypermarket or large‑format retail experience is an advantage
