Assistant Restaurant Manager

Infini Concepts is seeking a driven, hands‑on, and service‑focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support operations at our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent delivery of brand standards. You will supervise and motivate the front‑of‑house team, manage shift performance, and play a key role in training, coaching, and developing staff. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to remain calm and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment. You will also support inventory control, reporting, and coordination between FOH and BOH teams. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and service flow.
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist with ordering and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is an advantage.
