Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites and Apartments, a four-star property located along Sheikh Zayed Road, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. 🍽️ Position Overview

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Operational Management: Monitor and manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of food and beverages meets the hotel’s standards.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control to achieve financial objectives.

✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
