Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites and Apartments, a four-star property located along Sheikh Zayed Road, is currently seeking a dynamic and personable Bar Hostess to join our team. 🍹 Position Overview

As a Bar Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our bar and lounge areas. Your primary role is to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their seats.
  • Menu Assistance: Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions.
  • Order Management: Relay guest orders to bartenders and ensure timely delivery of beverages.
  • Guest Engagement: Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

✅ Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Appearance: Professional grooming and attire.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
