📌 Job Description:

Landmark Hotels & Suites is looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist – Food and Beverage to be the first point of contact for guests at our restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and supporting restaurant operations with a warm and professional approach.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner

  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan

  • Answer guest inquiries in person and via phone/email

  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest flow

  • Provide information about the menu, promotions, and services

  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

  • Support F&B administrative tasks as required

🎓 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or F&B

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English (Arabic or other language is an advantage)

  • Well-groomed and professional appearance

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
