Position Overview:

As a Waiter/Waitress at EATX, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional guest experience. You will be the face of our restaurants and bars, responsible for delivering prompt and courteous service while ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all details are captured.
• Provide menu recommendations and inform guests about special promotions or events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring the order is correct and the presentation meets our high standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Process transactions using the POS system and ensure accurate billing.
• Work closely with other team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Uphold EATX’s service standards and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Create memorable dining experiences by going above and beyond for our guests.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus is an advantage, but training will be provided.
