Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring motivated Demi Chefs de Partie to join our culinary teams across Dubai. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations, consistent quality, and creative presentation. This role is ideal for chefs who are ready to step up from Commis level and take on more responsibility while growing their career in a dynamic hospitality group.


📝 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to brand standards.
  • Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen during service when required.
  • Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and stock levels are maintained.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs within your section.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver smooth service during peak hours.
  • Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal specials.

✅ Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in upscale restaurants or hotels.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
