Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior chefs

  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

  • Support kitchen operations during busy service periods

  • Store food supplies and help with inventory as required

  • Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new culinary techniques

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Culinary diploma or certification preferred

  • Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

  • Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
