Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Runners to join our team at Zeus Restaurant & Lounge. As a Runner, you will be an essential part of our service team, ensuring that food and beverages are delivered to our guests promptly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the hospitality industry.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good physical stamina for moving trays and carrying orders.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to assist the team.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen teams.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Team player with a commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and meet the restaurant’s high standards.

  • Support the restaurant’s operations by maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas.

  • Refill water, remove empty plates, and ensure guests’ needs are met.

  • Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure the smooth flow of service.

  • Assist with the setup, clearing, and cleaning of tables.

  • Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of service areas, including restocking supplies as needed.

  • Provide a friendly and efficient service to guests at all times.
