📝 Duties & Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure service excellence

  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and training

Restaurant Supervisor

  • Oversee floor operations during shifts
  • Ensure staff follow service standards
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitor cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Hostess

  • Welcome and seat guests professionally
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists
  • Maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth seating flow

Waiter / Waitress

  • Provide attentive and professional table service
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and table setup
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

Head Chef

  • Lead kitchen operations and culinary execution
  • Develop menus and maintain food quality
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cost control

Chef de Partie (CDP)

  • Manage assigned kitchen section
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety
  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations

Commis

  • Assist chefs in food preparation
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
  • Support kitchen operations as needed

Cleaner

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
  • Follow sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Support the team in maintaining a safe environment
