💼 Duties & Responsibilities
Restaurant Supervisor
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence.
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and training.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Support management in achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
Assistant Bar Manager / Head Bartender
- Lead bar operations and beverage service.
- Create and maintain cocktail menus aligned with brand standards.
- Train and mentor bar staff.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relations.
Senior Hostess / Hostess
- Welcome guests and manage reservations.
- Coordinate seating and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain professional presentation and communication.
- Support guest inquiries and special requests.
Station Captain
- Supervise assigned service stations.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficiency.
- Uphold brand service standards and guest satisfaction.
Runner
- Assist service team by delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Support team operations during peak hours.
- Ensure guest tables are cleared and reset efficiently.
