Swaikhat Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels in team leadership, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive the overall performance of the restaurant. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and purchasing
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor sales performance and support strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and operational documentation

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume or premium dining operations
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
