🧑💼 Duties & Responsibilities
Manager
- Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations.
- Set, uphold, and monitor service standards across all departments.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of the opening team.
- Manage budgets, rosters, and supplier or vendor relationships.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations professionally.
Reception Supervisor
- Lead and coordinate the reception team’s daily activities.
- Oversee reservations, table management, and guest flow.
- Train and mentor receptionists on brand standards and etiquette.
- Liaise with management on VIP bookings and special arrangements.
- Ensure the front desk consistently reflects a polished first impression.
Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as the first point of contact.
- Manage phone, email, and walk-in reservation requests.
- Coordinate seating arrangements with the floor team.
- Maintain accurate guest records and booking systems.
- Support the wider front-of-house team during service.
Bar Supervisor
- Lead daily bar operations and oversee the bartending team.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency standards.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Train staff on drink recipes, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Support the development of the bar and cocktail program.
Bartender
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Engage guests to create a welcoming, memorable bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and bar equipment.

Manager
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally including a pre-opening.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
- Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
Reception Supervisor
- Previous experience in a reception or guest-relations supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills and command of reservation systems.
- Confident, professional communication and leadership presence.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Receptionist
- Prior experience in a hospitality reception or guest-services role.
- Warm, professional manner and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Bar Supervisor
- Previous experience supervising a bar team in a restaurant or lounge.
- Strong beverage and mixology knowledge.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Bartender
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge setting.
- Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
