Job Summary

At Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waitstaff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest enjoys impeccable service in a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items.

  • Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and serve items promptly.

  • Service Excellence: Provide attentive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

  • Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guest.

  • Payment Processing: Present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.

  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift moderate weights.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
