Waiter / Waitress – Central Hotels Dubai

Central Hotels Dubai is hiring experienced Waiters and Waitresses to join our F&B Service team. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to providing outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand’s excellence. Candidates should have prior experience in hotel or restaurant service, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Immediate joiners based in the UAE are preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional table service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
  • Handle payments and POS transactions accurately.
  • Support team members during busy service hours.

Requirements

  • Previous F&B or hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage standards.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Available for immediate joining.
