Job Description:

As a Waiter at The Banc, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your role will involve greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

We offer a vibrant atmosphere, complete with live DJ performances every night, making it the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or enjoy a night out with friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items and specials.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and preferences.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
