This role is central to the villa guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless coordination with villa staff, and attentive handling of guest requests. As Villa Hostess, you’ll liaise closely with butlers and the villa team to anticipate guest needs and maintain the resort’s high standards of luxury service. This role suits a polished, discreet, and detail-oriented candidate with a background in luxury hospitality or guest relations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort villa guests, ensuring a personalized arrival experience
• Coordinate reservations and special requests for villa guests
• Liaise with butlers and villa staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities to assist guests
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or villa/guest relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished, professional presentation
• Discretion and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
