You’ll play a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting staff training, and driving operational excellence across all areas of the venue. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide on‑the‑job training.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment venues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and guest‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
