Store Manager — Job Posting Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, results‑driven Store Manager to lead one of our flagship retail locations in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. You will be the face of the store, responsible for driving sales, coaching and developing a high‑performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This role suits a hands‑on leader who combines commercial acumen with strong people skills and a passion for retail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Commercial Performance: Own store sales targets and KPIs; analyze performance and implement action plans to meet and exceed goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate store staff; set clear expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure consistently high standards of customer service; handle escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Operations & Visual Standards: Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock control, and loss prevention; maintain merchandising and visual presentation to brand standards.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and work with buying/visual teams on product placement and promotions.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, health & safety regulations, and local labor laws; ensure a safe, secure working environment.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular sales and operational reports; manage payroll, scheduling, and basic P&L awareness.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail with at least 2 years in a store management role or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets; strong leadership and coaching abilities; excellent communication in English.
  • Technical: Comfortable with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic MS Office reporting.
  • Personal Attributes: Customer‑centric, decisive, organized, and resilient under pressure; strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Availability: Flexible to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; ability to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai as required.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
