Job Description:
Louzan Fashion Hospitality is looking for a motivated and energetic Runner to join our vibrant team. As a Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly by supporting the front-of-house team. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to tables, assisting waitstaff, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced setting, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist servers with delivering orders, clearing tables, and setting up the dining area.
- Ensure that all food and drink orders are accurate and complete before delivery to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, service stations, and kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Replenish supplies, such as condiments and drink refills, as needed.
- Assist with setting up the dining area before opening and breaking down at the end of the shift.
- Support the front-of-house team with various tasks to ensure that customers receive excellent service.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure all needs are met during their dining experience.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Energetic, hardworking, and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and items when required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
