👟 Position: Food Runner

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and energetic Food Runner to support our front-of-house and kitchen teams. As a key part of our service operation, you’ll ensure guests receive their food promptly, correctly, and with care.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely service.

  • Ensure plates are properly presented and meet quality standards before delivery.

  • Assist servers by refilling water, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed.

  • Handle any guest requests or issues courteously and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and dining areas.

  • Support the overall flow of operations during busy service periods.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

  • High energy, good physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Presentable appearance and polite, professional attitude.

  • Basic understanding of food service standards and hygiene.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
