Job Description:

Landmark Hotels & Suites is hiring dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms to ensure a pleasant and welcoming stay for all visitors.

Room attendant at Landmark Group✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards

  • Replace linens, towels, and toiletries daily

  • Replenish minibar and amenities as needed

  • Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor

  • Follow proper cleaning protocols and health & safety regulations

  • Handle guest requests promptly and politely

  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition

  • Follow the daily housekeeping checklist and schedules assigned by supervisors

🎓 Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Physically fit to handle the demands of the role

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Positive attitude and team spirit
