We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our flagship restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium dining operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence.


📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of service and food quality.

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations to ensure product availability and cost control.

  • Prepare and manage budgets, labor costs, and financial reporting to meet profitability targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement promotional strategies and new initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement through training, development, and motivational leadership.


✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and industry trends.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage budgets, staff schedules, and daily administrative tasks.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team to exceed performance and service standards.

  • Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS systems, inventory control, reservations).

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

  • UAE experience preferred; candidates must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
