Al Ghurair Mobility — Cars Services is expanding its retail footprint across the UAE. We are seeking a results‑oriented Manager — Retail Showroom to lead showroom operations in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales and operational excellence across the retail network.

  • Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE

  • Reporting to: Head of Sales / Regional Sales Director
  • Team scope: Showroom sales team, brand hosts, cashier, and showroom support staff

Key responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day showroom operations to achieve sales, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop showroom staff; set clear KPIs and run regular performance reviews.
  • Drive showroom sales performance through effective pipeline management, lead follow‑up, and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints: greeting, test drives, negotiations, handovers, and aftersales referrals.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for showroom presentation, merchandising, CRM usage, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Parts, Aftersales, Workshop, and Warranty teams to deliver seamless cross‑sell and service handover experiences.
  • Manage showroom budgets, cash handling procedures, and daily/weekly sales reporting.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor actions; recommend promotions and local initiatives to capture market share.
  • Maintain showroom facilities, visual merchandising, and brand standards at all times.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in automotive retail or related consumer retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding showroom sales targets and managing multi‑person teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, showroom processes, and retail KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid UAE work authorization; UAE driving license preferred.

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with high standards for service delivery.
  • Organized, data‑driven, and comfortable with daily operational oversight.
  • Effective communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High integrity, reliability, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
