Position: Front Office Night Supervisor

Location: Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, Al Rai Area, Kuwait City​

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Night Operations: Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, ensuring the highest level of guest service is maintained while operating efficiently.​

• Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a memorable guest experience.​

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including revenue forecasts and daily summaries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.​

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the night front desk team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.​

• Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and procedures during the night shift.​

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to address guest needs and maintain hotel operations.​

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of one year of previous supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.​

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.​

• Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.​

• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, train, and motivate a team effectively.​

• Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.​

• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.​
