Majestic Hotel Group is seeking a proactive, organized, and people‑focused HR Officer to support daily Human Resources operations across the hotel. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, enjoys working closely with employees, and is committed to maintaining a positive, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. As an HR Officer, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, training coordination, and HR administration. You will play a key role in supporting both employees and management while ensuring all HR processes align with Majestic’s standards and UAE labor regulations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support — Assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding — Prepare contracts, collect documents, conduct inductions, and manage exit procedures.
  • Employee Relations — Support staff with HR inquiries, resolve minor grievances, and escalate issues when needed.
  • HR Administration — Maintain employee files, update HRIS systems, track attendance, and manage leave records.
  • Compliance — Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, hotel policies, and HR procedures.
  • Payroll Assistance — Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Training Coordination — Assist in organizing training sessions, maintaining training records, and supporting L&D initiatives.
  • Performance Management — Help track probation reviews, appraisals, and performance documentation.
  • Employee Engagement — Support HR events, recognition programs, and staff welfare activities.
  • Reporting — Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries for management.

Requirements

  • Experience — Minimum 2–4 years in HR, preferably within hospitality or service‑driven industries.
  • Education — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills — Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Technical — Familiarity with HRIS systems, MS Office, and basic payroll processes.
  • Knowledge — Understanding of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and hotel HR operations.
  • Personal Attributes — Professional, approachable, detail‑oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Language — Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Availability — Flexible to support HR needs across shifts when required.
  • Work Authorization — Legal right to work in the UAE or the country where the role is based.
