Atelier House Hospitality, a leading name in premium and multi‑brand dining experiences across the region, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HR Executive to join our Corporate Office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in UAE HR operations, a solid understanding of labour regulations, and the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle with professionalism and confidentiality. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, contract preparation, and personnel files
  • Coordinate with MOHRE and other government portals for HR‑related processes
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
  • Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
  • Provide HR support to operational teams across multiple brands

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of UAE HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE processes
  • Hands‑on experience in HR operations, documentation, and employee lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Hospitality industry experience is a must
  • Experience in premium or multi‑brand environments is a strong advantage
  • Local candidates only – must be UAE‑based
