Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of all hotel departments and keep operations smooth, safe and profitable.
• Set, monitor and control budgets, forecasts and financial targets without compromising service quality.
• Uphold brand standards, health and safety requirements and UAE regulatory obligations across the property.
• Recruit, coach and develop the leadership team while promoting a people-first culture.
• Review guest feedback and online reviews and act on them to raise satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager or Resident Manager in a 4-5 star hotel, ideally in Dubai or the GCC
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness, budgeting and P&L ownership
• Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills
• Working knowledge of property management systems and hotel performance reporting
• Familiarity with international brand standards, ideally Marriott
