Job Description

We are looking for friendly, elegant, and guest-oriented Hostesses to be the welcoming face of Brunch & Cake Dubai. As a Hostess, you’ll play a vital role in setting the tone for a memorable dining experience by creating a warm, professional, and inviting first impression. From greeting guests with a smile to managing reservations and seating flow, you’ll be the heart of hospitality on the front line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival

  • Manage the flow of guests, including waitlists and reservations

  • Escort guests to their tables with elegance and professionalism

  • Communicate seating times and table availability clearly and courteously

  • Support overall front-of-house team and service coordination

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Provide menus, answer basic questions, and ensure guest comfort while waiting

  • Handle guest complaints or redirect them to appropriate managers when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role

  • Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-groomed appearance and a passion for great customer service

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage busy shifts with grace

  • Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus

  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Arabic, French, Russian) are an advantage

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
