About the Role The Lounge by Limited is hiring a Hostess to be one of the first faces guests see at its new venue at Nad Al Sheeba Mall, Dubai. As Hostess, you will set the tone for every guest’s visit, managing arrivals, reservations, and seating with warmth and professionalism. This role is central to the elevated, welcoming atmosphere The Lounge aims to create, and offers the chance to be part of a brand-new concept’s front-of-house team from opening day, working alongside a supportive and design-conscious hospitality brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocation.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating flow.
• Maintain a polished, professional front-of-house presence.
• Handle guest inquiries and phone reservations.

Requirements

• Previous hostess or front-of-house experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
