Parlour Boutique, one of Dubai’s most elegant and trend-setting French-inspired cafés, is looking for a passionate and service-driven Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join our exceptional front-of-house team. We are seeking an individual who not only understands high-end hospitality but who also takes pride in creating memorable, personal guest experiences every day.

As Head Waiter/Head Waitress, you will be a key leader in our dining service operations. You’ll be responsible for supervising floor staff, guiding daily service flow, and ensuring a warm, seamless, and professional experience for all guests. Your role will involve supporting the Restaurant Supervisor and management team in maintaining the highest standards of customer care, consistency, and team efficiency. You will also help train and mentor waitstaff, resolve service-related issues on the floor, and act as a role model of excellence in customer service and teamwork.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in casual fine dining or boutique hospitality, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about great food, coffee, and detail-oriented service. We want someone who sees hospitality not just as a job, but as a craft.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the dining area, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

• Assist in supervising, scheduling, and training waitstaff

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and ingredients to make informed suggestions

• Manage guest seating and service flow during busy hours

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset

• Support Restaurant Supervisor and assist with opening/closing duties

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior waiter or head waiter/head waitress in a reputable restaurant

• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic or French) are a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

• Presentable, courteous, and passionate about hospitality

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
