🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams

  • Support onboarding and training of junior staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service flow

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior service role in a premium or fine‑dining venue
